Tiffany Smith

A native Texan, Tiffany grew up in Abilene, then earned her undergraduate degree in hospitality from the University of North Texas and soon started working in hotel sales and property management. As her husband built his real estate investing business, Tiffany found herself regularly contributing valuable input and translating her hospitality acumen into this realm. Tiffany joined her husband’s team and eventually secured her real estate license.

For Tiffany, home-buying and selling is an extension of gracious hosting. Her clients are treated as guests who become trusted friends. She values both her role as a strategic guide who can point buyers and sellers in a well-informed direction, and as a collaborator, encouraging her clients to take the time they need to make the best decision for their family.

Based out of her hometown of Prosper where she lives with her husband and two daughters, Tiffany pairs her old-fashioned, small-town approach with streamlined support from the latest technology at Compass. To date, Tiffany has represented clients in hundreds of transactions resulting in over $100M in sales. When asked to summarize her successful approach, Tiffany states, "I approach relationships with my clients the same way I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes. I prioritize efficiency and effectiveness, but never at the expense of joining my clients on their journey to find a home.”
