Sam Lawrence

I’m Sam Lawrence, Director of Operations with the Tiffany Smith Team, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the service, mortgage, and real estate industries. I’ve lived in North Texas since 2003 and currently call McKinney home, giving me deep, firsthand knowledge of Collin County and the surrounding markets.

My role goes beyond operations. I’m here to help clients navigate challenges, remove roadblocks, and create clear, strategic paths to the closing table. Whether it’s structuring a deal, solving unexpected issues, or guiding clients through complex decisions, I focus on delivering solutions with confidence and clarity.

I believe real estate is more than a transaction, it’s a major life moment. My approach is rooted in communication, trust, and a commitment to making the process as seamless and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me fly fishing, on the golf course, or spending time with my wife and our two-year-old son. I’m a firm believer that the best stories begin at home, and I’m here to help you get there.
